Country Dog Groomers Terms & Conditions

Toilet Break
For the comfort of your dog, please can you ensure that they are given an opportunity to stretch their legs and have a 'toilet opportunity' before they enter our premises. This will ensure that no accidents will happen in the parlour.

Heavily Matted dogs:
Please note that it is our policy to shavedown severely matted coats, in the interest of comfort and kindness to the pet. Be aware that to allow a dog to get into this condition contravenes the Animal Welfare Act and must be addressed as a matter of urgency. If it is necessary to perform a shavedown, we need you to sign a consent form, and the extra charge may be up to 50% of the regular grooming fee. We will then offer help and advice on
maintaining your pet's coat in a comfortable condition.
